We’ve been trusting Honest1 with the maintenance and repair of our hybrid vehicles for years. The owner and technicians still have mechanical working knowledge beyond computer codes and a healthy respect for customer service. It shows! The latest was a transmission fluid service, engine thermostat replacement, and bypass coolant valve replacement on one of our vehicles. They are extremely open and honest about parts and labor cost every step of the way and have you approve the total before they begin working. I cannot stress enough how they put the “beyond” in above and beyond customer service! They will do your best to get the job done right and get you on your way with as little downtime as possible. They even called me about a week after the service to make sure everything was still running smoothly! I cannot recommend them enough for actually living up to their name and for upholding an excellent standard of customer service and care.

I took my car to so called Honest One, last week. I do have an extended warranty with Everything Breaks. I have a problem with the AC system with my 2013 Chevy Equinox. They called the warranty company with a bill over $3000 for parts and labor, which I think was inflated and I told them so, cause some of the things they said was wrong I had replaced already. But nevertheless, the warranty company was going to pay $1900 and that was to use the parts they recommended and was going to pay for. But Honest one stated they couldn't use the parts they recommended, they would have to use their parts. Which was at a mark up and wanted us to pay over $1000 for the repair. We end up paying $215 for the so called dianostic and taking the car to Fairway Auto, which stated they do work with the extended warrany company and do us the parts they recommmed. I strongly suggest if you have an extended warranty, never take your car to Honest One in Tyler. Cause as long as the warranty company was paying for the parts, they didn't have to warranty the parts, just their labor. I am going to report this to the Better Business Beau. My deductible with the warranty company is $100, what was the point of

Absolutely delighted with my experience here. You can tell they take great pride in their work and great pride in being transparent with their findings. I never felt rushed or bulldozed over. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable, and they have snacks! Travis had fantastic customer service, even coming in on his day off to give me my keys. They were so pleasant on the phones and in person. I've never had such a great autoshop experience and will always be back to work with them. Pricing was reasonable especially given that I have a Volvo. Thanks so much for getting me back on the road so quickly!

The whole team is so awesome, very helpful. Very good with updates through call and text. Any issues I have had with my car they took care of it and never takes long. They are very nice people and have worked with me in ways noone else have and I am so grateful for it. Im always very satisfied with the work done on my car. I couldn't have chose a better place and team for the repairs needed. Thank you all so much Honest 1 Auto.

Amazing service, and customer service at that. Travis was a great help and very informative, the process was simple and quick. I got a full comprehensive report of absolutely everything wrong with my vehicle including things I hadn’t even mentioned to them or thought about. Completely FREE. Then when it came time to talk about what to fix and pay for, they were clear and concise, with full transparency. No bullshit, no hassle. It wasn’t the cheapest I could’ve gotten, but it wasn’t expensive at all either. And for the work that was done and the quality of it, I had no problem with it at all. 5 stars.
